Terms of Service

By creating a SkillFlow account you agree to use the platform in support of a child's learning journey. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to create a parent account and you are responsible for ensuring registration information remains accurate.

SkillFlow grants you a non-transferable license to access personalized lessons, reports, and supplemental resources provided through the service. Content and features may change as we improve the program; we will always do our best to notify you ahead of major updates that modify core experiences.

Subscription fees, when applicable, are billed in advance according to the plan you select. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue through the end of the paid period. Refunds are only issued where required by law or when a service interruption lasts more than seven consecutive days.

You agree not to copy, resell, or reverse engineer SkillFlow materials, and you will keep login credentials secure. We may suspend access if we detect misuse, suspicious activity, or violations of these terms.

SkillFlow is provided "as is." While we strive for uninterrupted learning, we do not guarantee the platform will be error free. Except where prohibited, SkillFlow and its team are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
